Excellent event location!

oh, the warren belfast is super cute! we had room #1 and it was sooo spacious, cozy, and clean. loved all the little details like clocks and decorations. after walking in the rain, we were grateful the staff warmed up the room for us. breakfast had decent options like fruits, toasts, yoghurts, and cereals.

but there was no lift so it could be tricky if you have heavy bags. and the bathroom needed some heating.

The room matched the photos and offered a nice interior, but the cleanliness fell short, with stained towels and an unclean kettle. The breakfast was basic but included eggs, which was a plus. For those considering a short stay, the place has potential but could greatly benefit from improved attention to housekeeping and amenities.

The moment I stepped into my Triple Room, I was in love! The space was so beautifully decorated with charming details that made me feel right at home. After a rainy exploration, it was such a delight to enter a warm room that felt like a hug! 🫶

I had a lovely stay here, as it was just a short 10-minute stroll to the Ulster Museum and only a bit further to explore the vibrant St George's Market, making it easy to soak in the city's culture and atmosphere during my weekend.

Self check-in was seamless, with excellent communication from the hosts. The twin room was comfortable, featuring a well-equipped kitchen and a pleasant bathroom. Breakfast options, particularly the light snacks, were generous. however, the room had a bit of road noise due to the building's character. The proximity to the university was a significant advantage, making it easy to explore the area.

I had a delightful stay at Warren Belfast Bed & Breakfast! My Deluxe Double Room was beautifully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The location couldn't be better for exploring local bars and restaurants. The breakfast spread was wonderful. A bit noisy at night, but overall a lovely experience.

Comfortable stay with great location

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the combination of a cozy room and a prime location. The design of the room was lovely and included convenient USB ports alongside its charming décor. I appreciated the easy check-in process and the delicious breakfast options included in my stay. the toaster was broken during my visit, which was a small inconvenience.

This isn't quite your traditional B&B—no staff around, which felt a bit odd. And climbing three flights of stairs with bags? Not fun! The bathroom situation left a lot to be desired.
